Recently noticed Hindu/Diver pushups. I don't do them very often, but I like them a lot. Not sure if it is the range of motion or it being easier than regular pushups(pushing back straight from the bottom) for me

My favourite sport is sailing, raced for many years. I’ve never been a fan of team sports but racing is different. Might be the possibility of death lol. I love swimming, raced competitively as a kid, but can’t handle the chemicals at the pools and the cold of the ocean so don’t do that very often. Climbing and bouldering are the next favourite, my husband and I climbed a lot before my daughter was born. She, with my husband, is getting into it now so I went with them and wrenched my shoulder quite badly so haven’t been able to get back.

I know I need to incorporate movement and strength training into my life more (would definitely help with not getting injured!). A comment below mentioned callisthenics so I’m going to look into that. Also yoga!
