I'll add to the other reply. The moral of the story is that God helps those who helps themselves. This is why I thought you were being funny, because if you were helping yourself, then you would look it up.

I looked it up.

Really Christian person refuses aid during a flood, stating that god would save them. They then die and ask god why their salvation wasn't enough to save them. God tells them that they sent the rescuers, which the drowning man turned down.
