yeah because payday 3 sucks ass and there's still more people playing 2. they are just chasing money, they don't care about the game.

They recognize that focusing on 3 is a bad investment and are likely trying to move on from it to something else.

Yes, but it Isn't Overkill doing the support.

They've outsourced future updates to a third party patching group.

I play PD2 to this day, and they're doing great.

Within the first few weeks they patched bugs which caused crashes.
