0. Only post socialist memes
That refers to funny image macros and means that generally videos and screenshots are not allowed. Exceptions include explicitly humorous and short videos, as well as (social media) screenshots depicting a funny situation, joke, or joke picture relating to socialist movements, theory, societal issues, or political opponents. 0.5.1 Style tip about abbreviations and short forms
When writing stuff like "lol" and "iirc", it's a good idea to try and replace those with their all caps counterpart
- ofc => OFC
- af = AF
- ok => OK
- lol => LOL
- bc => BC
- bs => BS
- iirc => IIRC
- cia => CIA
- nato => Nato (you don't spell it when talking, right?)
- usa => USA
- prc => PRC
- etc.
Why? Because otherwise (AFAIK), screen readers will try to read them out as actually words instead of spelling them

Try to keep an open mind, other schools of thought may offer points of view and analyses you haven't considered yet. Also: This is not a place for the Idealism vs. Materialism or rather Anarchism vs. Marxism debate(s), for that please visit c/AnarchismVsMarxism.
2. Anti-Imperialism means recognizing capitalist states like Russia and China as such
That means condemning (their) imperialism, even if it is of the "anti-USA" flavor.
3. No liberalism, (right-wing) revisionism or reactionaries.
That includes so called: Social Democracy, Democratic Socialism, Dengism, Market Socialism, Patriotic Socialism, National Bolshevism, Anarcho-Capitalism etc. . Anti-Socialist people and content have no place here, as well as the variety of "Marxist"-"Leninists" (read: Dengists) (actual ML's are welcome as long as they agree to the rules and don't just copy paste/larp about stuff from a hundred years ago).
4. No Bigotry.
The only dangerous minority is the rich.
5. Don't demonize previous and current socialist experiments or (leading) individuals.
We must constructively learn from their mistakes, while acknowledging their achievements and recognizing when they have strayed away from socialist principles.
6. Don't irrationally idolize/glorify previous and current socialist experiments or (leading) individuals.
Notable achievements in all spheres of society were made by various socialist/people's/democratic republics around the world. Mistakes, however, were made as well: bureaucratic castes of parasitic elites - as well as reactionary cults of personality - were established, many things were mismanaged and prejudice and bigotry sometimes replaced internationalism and progressiveness.

I'm as far as possible from nationalism.
Perspective depends on region where you live.
In Europe we're not scared that much by USA imperialism, of course USA and Israel imperialism are pushing idiots like Robinson in the UK and so on, but so far they don't have so much power. On the other hand there's very big threat, Russian imperialism. We can critique what USA, Israel, Russia, China and also France and European countries doing around the world, but in the end we know what's the situation.
What this have to do with EU? Nothing. EU is very good for post east block countries and we gain a lot. But this have nothing to do with current situation.
Of your living in America, Russia is probably the last threat, on the other hand USA is the main aggressor. So it's complete different perspective.
Then you have Asia, Africa and do on, and the situation in different.
I'm not even from the USA lol, literally from Europe.
The EU is a union of financial capital and a bastion of it's own reactionary neo-colonialism and imperialism...

A reactionary is somebody who wants to restore a previous status quo. Which us not something the EU is trying to do.
In the socialist/Marxist context it's used differently just FYI

Someone who opposes either an established socialist revolution or is actively defending the capitalist system (e.g. through institutionalized violence, legislation or direct violence through military actions etc. etc.)
Does defending a capitalist system through legislation refer to all legislation aimed to defend the system, e.g. ban on firearms, or just legislation that singles out socialist movements?
I'm assuming institutionalized violence refers to extralegal violence and/or bias in how the law is applied, by disproportionately targeting socialist groups, while turning a blind eye to other groups?
structural violence is more of the idea that all of the wealth that has been accumulated throughout the millenia has been done first with the sword, then with the lance, then with the gun, and of lately, with the bomb. if we ceased all military action of all kinds tomorrow, the intrinsic status quo would be one reflective of a racist, sexist, homophobic, and transphobic class based hierarchy. in order to challenge that status quo we can't tolerate anyone who prevents us from challenging these underlying inequitable hegemonies by disrupting the solidarity of the working people.
