Well... I'm here now,but I'm curious how it got to that point. Ya know ?? Especially with clinical anxiety I was never even given a reason for why I was banned and its really kinda stressful esp having recently lost my grandfather and figuring that out emotionally. I'd just like to figure out why it happened
You don't remember the mass exodus due to the closure of Reddit's API?
Reddit (and lemmy alike) will only serve to increase your anxiety long-term. From what i've been hearing Reddit has also been less transparent about their bans lately and will often target minor transgressions the they otherwise once wouldn't have.
I thought lemmy was better :edit and yes I do remember the api exodus from reddit
Sorry i wasn't finished revising my post, but it's still 'doom-scrolling' regardless of the platform.

You could have been banned for something else too, their ban bots are really arbitrary now. Not really a way to know for sure.
