I don't normally have cause to excuse cousin lovin, but 100 generations removed is probably enough.
Biologically 2nd cousin is pretty low risk amd 3rd cousins are almost the same as stramgers.
And who doesn't love some stramger lovin.
Stramgers is now permanently in my lexicon, right alongside berks (books).
Arwen and Aragorn are 1st cousins though
