I can think of four separate friends in the US that had or have this table - I'd never realized it before this post but yeah super common. Maybe it was a regional thing? Though I saw it growing up in the mid-east too so IDK. Global furniture distribution: how does it work? Seriously, an industry I have no ideas about...
