Depends who it’s meant to be used on.
Them? No. Cool they know what they like and clearly aren't afraid to ask for it.
Me? Very. They don't know what I like and are making assumptions that are very likely wrong. Also unless it’s in the original packaging, it’s just gross.
I have actually had a guy bring a boxed vibe “gift” to a first date sort of thing. I have my own vibrators aplenty, cuz you can’t return them if you don't like them, and I don’t like most of them. He could have just asked. He got a super cheap one that sounded like plastic on plastic (loud af), and felt like plastic because it was hard plastic. He tried to use it on me penetration-style as soon as he pulled it out, and it hurt because it was huge, and my body is not, anywhere. Hard plastic banging against the inside of your pelvic bone and cervix, unsurprisingly, does not feel good.

Please tell me you found a man who can bring a decent quality toy as a first date present
