It should be noted that the new content comes with new system requirements for the base game and the expansion. Windows 11 is going to become a requirement and the minimum CPU requirements have been updated to match Windows 11's.

Interesting. I wonder if it's going to be possible to get it going on Linux, it might be time to switch over my desktop to it.

wow, "AMD Ryzen 5 2600" is literally the processor i am using right now, i think it is also 12 years old lol.
i am on windows 10 though. thankfully i do have a gaming computer that is recent. i understand everyone wont.

there really isn't a precedent for system requirements on a 12-year-old game. on one hand, sure we want to make it available to everyone who has the same PC from the base game, but on the other hand, making a game today for yesterday's computer is tedious and most would prefer they take advantage of newer tech.

i'm in the camp that is freakin stoked that they are doing this period.
