Never seen someones argument fall apart so hard after manouvering themselves into a corner.
The wall of links, nothingburgers, the president who apparently said everything out loud taken completely out of context and then the dramatic notebook. A mistranslation that lead you into believing something to be true just because you wish for it to be so.
I love how you just keep repeating this in face of all evidence provided. You're like baby Goebbels.
I mean you could, at any point, proof your points. Like simply spelling out the word on the notebook. Just write it down. Come on, it is so easy.
Or if that is too much, how about linking that other UN case that must exist where Ukraine did not win the case.
So many opportunities, none taken. You can also simply accept that you have been lied to by others which lead to you believing a lie. It is okay to make mistakes.

I disproved every single point you have made. No link contained what you have claimed. The UN case went to Ukraine. The speach did not contain what you have claimed, the notebook did not either. Disproving your claims is not handwaving.
I asked you for simple proof, you keep ignoring it. Just say it: Sorry I was wrong, I will not falsely claim that Ukraine commited genocide.
And if you ignore that again I will just accept that as a silent apology as you clearly have nothing else going on that supports your claim.
If by disproved you mean spewed nonsense confidently then sure. For example, the UN case won't be resolved till 2028. And that's just one piece of misinformation that you could've easily checked before regurgitating it.

Fair point on the UN case timeline, I was wrong on that. The final ruling isn't until 2028. That said, the ICJ already stated in 2022 it found no evidence of genocide by Ukraine. Russia's genocide claim has found zero support in any international body so far.
The Poroshenko speech is still documented Russian disinformation from 2014, and підарас still means scumbag regardless of what the translation tool of your choice tells you.

The actual fact is that the case is ongoing. And so far, there has been a mountain of evidence presented, a lot of which I've linked in this very thread. That evidence includes HRW statements about Ukraine shelling civilians. I linked a whole documentary detailing the atrocities the regime has been conducting in Donbas. I've linked a clip from CNN interview. And no, підарас does not mean scumbag. You know what it means. Literally everything you've said in this thread so far is demonstrably a lie.
And here's a firefox translating the notebook story for you:
The Firefox translation is of the headline, which uses an asterisk that breaks the word for the parser. The notebook itself spells підарасів in full with no asterisk. Google Translate, Wiktionary, and Ukrainian linguistic sources all agree on the meaning. Ukrainian press censored it because it is a slur. If it meant subraces there would be nothing to censor.
War crimes and ethnic cleansing are not the same thing. HRW documented shelling on both sides. You have been making this claim for hours and the best you can do is a Firefox parser error and a 2016 pro-Russian documentary. If this mountain of evidence is so convincing, why did Russia need to fabricate the Poroshenko cellar clip to make their case?

The claim I made is that war crimes are conducted in the interest of ethnic cleansing and that the regime isn't even hiding it, Poroshenko was very open about the intent. No, I said all the other resources I linked proved ethnic cleansing. This was just the cherry on top that I linked much later. Try to keep your story straight. I've already repeatedly explained the basis for calling what Ukraine was doing ethnic cleansing. You're just so bad at trolling. Really should work on that kiddo.
