Because a flying Rhino is a pretty absurd rules interaction.

You can just cast fly on a regular rhino. The weird rule interaction is for giving the rhino wings, but it's still pretty balanced for where you can do it.

Also, this has convinced me to add winged rhinos to my campaign world. Wingless rhinos are the weird thing now.

I wonder if winged rhinos would kill each other more or less than land rhinos?

Either way, in absolute awe at the idea of you walking along like an idiot and triggering the charge instinct of those units

Flying Rhino Junior High is a 90s children's cartoon that is a bit more niche than I remember. The only time I have ever heard the phrase "Flying Rhino".

It's already a celestial, a fey, or a fiend rhino. Given that, having wings isn't surprising.
