Now that you pointed it out, I see the single shirt hanging in the last two panels. My first read of the comic was also "lol women love shopping" trash humor.
But they do?
Few statements predicated on "All women" are true. The same goes for many other subcategories of people.

When people say GroupName, they are not saying "every single member to a person". Generalizations refer to a majority, not the totality.
Clearly a world class nit picker and champion of missing the point.
Go on. What's your point here? That saying "women like shopping" isn't an old sexist trope because some women do? Would you then say that {outgroup} are lazy because some are?
Depending on which study you're reading, women control between 70-85% of consumer spending in any household. I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that a majority of women (as in >50%) or even the supermajority actually enjoy shopping.
Also worth considering: very nearly all stores in most malls are geared towards women as clients, and malls themselves report stats indicating the majority of shoppers are women. My local mall reports 79% female clientele for example.
