People listen to pods to either learn something, laugh or both at the same time.
This is a pod setup specifically to do the opposite on both counts. Of course it's failing.
Since I absolutely refuse to listen to it: What do they even talk about?
Most of it is pointless talking back and forth about grades and then they're like "and harvard is solving this by only allowing the top 25% of a class to have an A so that it actually means something. Then some of the rest is like "but employers don't care about grades they only care about the credential" and then some of the rest is "and the colleges aren't even teaching skills, the degrees are just signalling to employers that the people that pass can complete a difficult task".
And that's it. Really boring shit tbh it's basically a reddit conversation about nothing that achieves nothing and teaches nothing you haven't heard about the topic 100 times before.
There's no wonder that they have no audience, there's no reason to share something people have heard a hundred times.
