Ok thanks, guess I was mixing it up with misogyny.
To be clear I’m not of any kind of Slavic heritage, just familiar with the history of the Kievan Rus and the purposeful campaign by Muscovy to take that name and then erase Ukrainian language and culture.
The dynasty that ruled Moscovy and eventually crowned themselves Tsar of Russia were Kievan Rus. Not sure how they'd 'take' what they already were.
