basically i wanna play sekiro without playing sekiro for the hundredth time, or elden ring with actual good stealth, or assassin's creed without being an ubisoft collectathon

is Lies of P any good? Probably no stealth in that one tho

Preferably something I can play on my homebrew steammachine on the couch

considering cyberpunk was in I'd give the reboot Tomb Raider series a go. They're not mind blowing but they are competently made games and you can stealth most of them if you want, allthough "shoot everyone in the head with the starter pistol" also works fine
