Mine are gambling literally every day. They have no savings/checkings, and have a second mortgage that they are literally not paying.

Mine just go out to eat at the same shitty restaurant everyday and complain that it's shitty. Live in the middle of nowhere, tips less than $5 per table, yeah I wonder why all the waitresses aren't flocking from the 5 star restaurants in the city...

My Dad bought a Porsche less than a month after my Grandma died. She had written she wanted some of her savings to go directly to her grandkids, but it wasn't binding so... And then boomer fathers wonder why their kids hate them ¯\(ツ)

...I am the son that is both able and willing to serve as a care taker. I'm sure my parents get that I'm self-serving, but it beats the hell out of a retirement home. Having one kid without a family doesn't hurt.
