Why are there so many czars in America? I thought that was a Russian thing.
An indication of whom they're trying to emulate, perhaps.
You're right, the USA is a Russian thing.
Tzar is the Russian one but yeah Trump likes Putin, and how Putin has less than legally, or barely legally, kept his power in Russia.
