Sure you can. But I'm not talking about you or me or any RL trans folks... I'm talking about Johnny Silverhand. A character I've spent a few hundred hours with over 5-6 complete plays through the game.
And Johnny kind of is a trans lesbian in a sense... I wouldn't use that label because it's a fictional story that could not happen IRL... but Johnny is a guy, a straight cis guy, but he's also kind of trans because he's in a woman's body and he intends to take it over (I'm sorry โ if he wants it he'll "fucking take it" in his words) and he's quite happy (for V) to be with Judy. So is Johnny a trans lesbian? Maybe. But I never thought of labeling him. Especially since you as the player have the option of playing a male V... or a trans V, for that matter.
