That is the Sumerian cuneiform sign Dingir ๐ญ, which is the word goddess or god, but is not pronounced. It is used like a marker that the proceeding sign(s) are the name of a deity. For example, ๐ญ๐น is the symbol for the goddess Inanna and ๐ญ๐๐ is the symbol for the god Enki.
