The part that had a correlation is the protein thats basically the framework for muscles..
The more someone had in their bloodstream after a 10k, it means the harder they worker be ause as you use a muscle it breaks down. Then obviously rebuilds a little bit stronger.
How the fuck can something like that which can only be measured after each race going to predict anything?!
Like, this is literally just saying:
It's like saying the race car that maintained the highest RPM probably got a fast time. It's possible that someone can have such bad mechanisms that it's not always true, but even "amateurs" running a 10k at least know how run efficiently before hand.
