Dunno why they needed to manipulate the upper ground plug to be more rapey. It would honestly be funny enough unaltered.
I don't think its rapey lmao if you've ever accidentally slipped into the wrong hole. The main thing that indicates that is the reaction of your partner not necessarily the feeling in the moment. Especially if you're wearing a condom. So smiling while fucking is pretty normal especially when you're really in the rhythm from behind. I see this as a snapshot of the moment it happens not a prolonged rape scene. I think you're seeing what you want to see.
Accidental means you didn't have consent. That's why it's rapey.
Anyone who downvotes you has clearly never slipped. And I strongly recommend they try adding more lube. It can be fun, if not a little risky.
