Is this game good? I bought it on a sale but have had trouble getting it to run on Linux (even through steam) so put it off.
I like the visual and audio design, characters are unique and the world is very interesting. Storylines and dialogue are well written and get into some fun esoteric worldbuilding.
On the other hand, while it's competent and fun for a while, I found the gunplay got repetitive over time. Melee is just extremely unsatisfying.
After some time world also starts to feel...empty? Like the atmosphere and setting themselves are great but it starts to feel a bit thin or barebones. Whether from unlucky quest rng or by poor design, I ended up visiting the same few places over and over, which made the world feel small
Yeah agree with Frivolous_Beatnik. It has a really cool vibe/atmosphere. But about 2 thirds in I'm just bee lining the main plot cos it can get a little repetitive. Still enjoying it.
