Not sure if it's up-to-date, but the Wikipedia page for the House of Commons says 3 seats are vacant out of 343 total, so the Liberals actually have a majority of the 340 seats that are occupied.
There's 3 by elections happening right now.
Did the by-elections wrap up?
Elections Canada says election day for all three is Monday next week.
