Reticulum is a network that runs over various mediums. It supports communication over the internet, hidden internet services (I2P), and radio (packet radio and LoRa). It can be either disaster resilient or hidden, depending on the use case.

It could provide a good layer for discovery and coordination.

How does this compare to Meshcore and Meshtastic?

Reticulum has built in support for sending or receiving data on multiple layers like internet bluetooth wife etc. Mestastic doesn't. Also meshtastic can be less resource efficient cuz it sends a lot of probing messages.

Source: watched a youtube video once so i am not 100% sure about the second point

Edit: lol, wifi not wife, but who know maybe wife can also forward messages from reticulum

Both of those use LoRa, as Reticulum can, among other media.
I think the comparison ends there.
