Tenders are commonly used in public procurement to ensure transparency and fair competition - at least in theory.
This system is designed to promote equal access and efficient use of public funds. However, because tenders often involve access to government budget money, they can be vulnerable to manipulation, underhanded competition, favoritism, or corruption if oversight and accountability mechanisms are weak.
Or they could do what I keep suggesting which is to set him on fire and roll him off a cliff. It's a much simpler solution
I don’t think I’ve heard the “roll him off a cliff” part before, though it sounds like something that would be easier to do with a head than a whole person.
