For me, that vitamin is amphetamines. The imposter syndrome never goes away - I still feel like I've faked my way into the hilariously awesome management position I finally have after 15 years in the same industry - but most of my coworkers truly wouldn't know I'm ADHD unless I told them.

I just have to avoid Japan, I guess.

I constantly alternate between this and "it's incredibly obvious to everyone that I have ADHD." Usually remembering that other people can't see inside my head pushes me back into the "nobody would realize that I have ADHD unless I told them."

The approval process is supposedly a pain, but Japan allows Vyvanse now.

Maybe now there will be fewer hikikomoris, and their birth rate will go up

If the doctors force their way into hikikomoris' homes, then maybe.

I’m very honest with my coworkers about ADHD because it means that I’m not working at night because I can’t.

But also I was missing SSRIs too. Both together make me feel like I can do anything! Even though I still am a lazy piece of shit.

The vitamin A, best of all vitamins! Turns out I had that deficiency too and now that I've been taking supplements for 1,5 years I feel like a different person!
