Cute Russian comic. The home of the official English version is here if anyone wants to skip ahead (or support them): https://boosty.to/gabiconomics-en

A counterfeit product is essentially imitation goods: a fake item - usually of low quality - produced by dishonest manufacturers who attempt to pass it off as genuine. Many such products often imitate branding, packaging, or design to deceive consumers, and are commonly found in markets like food, cosmetics, electronics, and pharmaceuticals. Counterfeiting not only misleads buyers but can also pose health and safety risks and cause economic damage to original producers.

Ok, I’m sure I’ll get “jojo” as an answer, but I refuse to accept it without an actual matching pose.

The chief is copying that pose from someone.

Combination of Jojo and Dio's wrrrrry pose perhaps

I was thinking Michael Jackson, but it's not from the Smooth Criminal video that I thought it was....

Better known for the forward lean than lean back Michael Jackson lean

Yes, but it's still very much his style; Leaning back, holding his hat on his head. Now I'm thinking maybe Billie Jean.

Agreed. Like 90% at least.

If the history of poses in this comic means anything, whatever it’s from, it’s gonna have the hand horns too.

Idk, I kinda suspect that's just one of the ways the author knows how to draw hands. Lol. They do it a lot with different characters.

All I’m saying is that when we’ve found things that match in the past, they typically match really well to a single image. A pose like this feels too purposeful and too out-there to not be a reference to me.

You're getting too close to the investigation, comrade. Take the weekend off and relax. What about taking the spouse to that show they've been telling you about? You're only two weeks away from retirement after all.
