Numbers 31:17-18, the text states: "Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man."
That's ancient man talking about killing everyone in a village, except the little girls they take as rape slaves. But sure, America invented evil and I suppose scaphism, the wheel, quartering, the burning bull etc were all American inventions, apparently.
