That's an "interesting" way to frame the holocaust, I guess, but I'm struggling to understand the relevancy?

I think, and praying I'm correct, that they are showing how passive language can be used to excuse the worst behaviors of humanity.

Yeah, now that I've thought about it, you're probably right. I guess my hackles just get raised when people start talking about "jews" when you criticize Israel.
