I'm late to the party, but started Starfleet Academy last weekend and am up to episode 8. Absolutely loving it and regret not watching it as it aired so I could gush about it with the rest of you all.
Trying to stretch those out, so mixing in some backlog of Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, and The Golden Girls. As soon as I have the time and attention span to start another new series, I'm gonna watch A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.

What's your favorite episode so far and why is it episode 4 and 5 combined?
Definitely those two. Ep. 4 and the Klingon's space play-fight with the Federation over the planet so they could "conquer" it was as adorable as it was believable. After 900 years, losing their homeworld, and nearly going extinct, they still hold on to their code of honor which is the only thing they really have left. Incredibly well done.
As for ep 5, I always shed a tear of happiness when a later series revisits DS9.
I rewatched a few SFA episodes while waiting for the following one. It's so good, it really bears repeat viewings.
