in the demos it turns a familiar game character into the equivalent of one of the edited game screenshots that chuds post on twitter to demonstrate how games should and would look if games weren't being ruined by the woke agenda. ie like heavily body modified and cosmetically made up online influencers.
edit: so the joke in these memes is that you switch DLSS5 on and it improves the iconic doomguy into whatever the fuck that is on the right. or turns a body horror monster thing into a body horror beautiful girl trying to succ your soul.
