Isn't it plain that this this happened because Iran was on high alert and mis-detected the aircraft? And why were they on high alert? Because we drone struck and assassinated general Soleimani.
comes off pretty hollow coming from the country that has never apologized for shooting down an Iranian commercial flight and killing 290 people (I think the captain of the ship that fired the missile was even awarded a medal)
Don't forget Bush Sr.'s response of "I'm not an apologize for America kind of guy"
