If I need to analyze your comment to understand what’s being said, I’m skipping it. This was includes extreme leet speak, and odd jumbling. And yes, trying to bring back old dead letters.
I haven't seen leet speak in decades.

Agreed, but if those letters came back in earnest we would get used to them. They would no longer be an obstacle, and in fact would be a good step to more consistent English spelling.
