As Yahwism eventually developed into Judaism and Samaritanism, and transitioned from polytheism to monotheism, the existence of other deities was denied outright and Yahweh was proclaimed the creator deity and the sole deity worthy of worship.

~~Now i wonder why monotheism at some point just happened? It didn't happen before ever (in large scale), right? Because a critical mass was connected and organized enough?~~

Zoroastrianism predates Judaism.

There are some sects of Hinduism that are kind of monotheistic-leaning in worshipping Krishna. Not exactly pure monotheistic, but had some of the same characteristics.
