Historically speaking, the so-called 'pro-competence' crowd have been big into writing hagiographies, handing out posh medals, and wearing "We're #1" novelty foam hands. It's this kind of behavior that leads to half-baked conspiracy theories.
There is a big opening for a 'pro-incompetence' movement to come in, clean house, and advocate for what REALLY happened.
Congratulations, it's been a while since I learned a new word. Or my memory is just horrible nowadays and I don't remember due to the copious amount of weed I consume.
