I suffer from body dysmorphia and as I am worse I'm finding that I cannot use technology any more as I can see my face reflect on the devices screen. Are there any screen protectors that will stop the reflection or reduce it?

If the ones you got don’t do the trick, look for paper-like screen protectors. I have one on my iPad and all I can see in the reflection is a vague shape. Don’t know about posting links, but search Amazon for “# Esanik 2 Pack Like Paper Glass Screen” to see what I’m talking about

Thank you for taking the time to make the recommendation. I will be sure to try this if the matte screen protectors don't work out :)
