Would be funny but I think the party is solidifying around Newscum.
What's depressing is even if it's not Newsom - it's a certainty the nominee will 99.5+% the same.
The pundits are, but I think we're in a period of such crisis and tumult for both parties that lots of people are going to shoot their shot. Shit, we don't even know how many elected Dems will have died of old age by 2028.
The one thing I can say with some confidence is that it's going to be fucking embarrassing, and whoever they ultimately pick will be a massive piece of shit.
