Same thing in the UK. Just replace Democrats with Labour and MAGA with Reform.
Same in Canada. But switch the red and blue colours and our party names are more on the nose (Conservative/Liberal vs Republican/Democrat)
Same in Germany: The center right CDU tries to get voters from the far right AFD. Never worked, but they keep on trying.
the democrats are going to try again; that's why they blocked the release of their post-mortem investigation into the last election.
That's more like our Conservative party doing it (which they are), but Labour is meant to be a worker's party.
