Also, the dose makes the poison. Humans safely consume all kinds of things that would be harmful in large quantities.
Did you read the study? The abstract asserts that vaping is less bad than smoking cigarettes, but there’s a ton of negative cardiovascular effects they link to nicotine alone.
That's true of literally every CNS stimulant. People with heart disease aren't supposed to have caffeine either.
