They're called microcars. They're not intended for highway use.
I know, but they shouldn't be called cars at all, and considering you can get a real car for almost the same price, I wouldn't call it low cost. That is a real car for 4 people that can drive on high speed roads and have way better range. But are still compact and nimble for parking in the city.
The price of this thing is ridiculous, at least here it is.
Aside from Boomers who live in Florida's The Villages, who would buy this in the US? Also, $16500 for a car with no safety standards?
