NSFW comments should be restricted to posts tagged [NSFW].
5) This is not a support community.
It is not a place for 'how do I?', type questions.

Im a big broad shouldered guy too, I've found that shredded memory foam pillows hold up surprisingly well. You need to pay 80-140 dollars for the good ones though.
