Well, something I feel helps me is masturbating. Not excessively, but occasionally. Just a little dopamine boost always helps. Also, you might want to get a small sage plant and smell that when you're feeling especially down. Feeling things on your hands or face also helps. Ice, raw rice, pom-poms, damp towel.
