This comment confuses me. I guess good? I do think he stands up for a good humanitarian cause. I don't really care about his sexuality.

I think this is a a reverse callback to "no homo" which was big in the 90s-2000s. I don't believe he thinks the gentleman is gay.

I think he’s saying that he loves him on multiple levels, including the sexy kind.
