Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

I didn't "make up" anything, I commented about an experience I have witnessed among many, many of my peers. Shitty parents who fetishize rules and uphold them over what is right are very common in my personal, lived experience. I am happy for you that you find this so unbelievable, because it means your life has been much better than mine.
Man. You're really committed to this.
I just made an offhand comment saying I hope his parents are supportive despite the fact that many aren't. Then a dozen people dog piled me with "actually there's no such thing as an unsupportive parent you're making that up this is a psyop!!!!"
From my perspective, you're the one strangely committed to denying that there has ever been a shitty parent anywhere on Earth.
Yeahhhh, buddy no. That's not what happened. Nobody has ever claimed there weren't unsupportive parents, you made up that a significant proportion of parents (conveniently members of a group you dont like) were prone to torturing their children.
And then after a ban, you're back to try and make up the narrative yet again. Bold strat there.
I've seen it plenty of times. Solitary confinement is torture, punitive beatings are torture. Where I'm from, it's very common for parents to inflict these forms of torture on their children.
That was the made up claim you were rightfully called out over - once again, I'm not here to argue that shitty parents don't exist, and I have never claimed that they don't. I'm not about to argue about it, either, since that's not the claim you've been criticized for making up.
I didn't make anything up. That is an observation of the world around me and I stand by it.
Leave me alone, you clearly have no interest in having a reasonable conversation.
You got banned and came back 24 hours later to start this fight again - you are 100% within your rights to leave and I will absolutely respect that, but I'm not about to let you pretend you didn't absolutely start this back up after an extremely clear indication that you should drop this. If you want to stop ralking about it, feel free to stop.
