CBC Gem is a Canadian streaming service that lets you watch full competition replays. It's a Canadian broadcast so some favouratism but it shows all competitors. You'll have to sign up with an email account.

How did they handle the Canadian teams cheating in curling?

I didn't pay close attention but I think there was no doubt the men's team touched and the women's didn't. I think the word cheating is far too strong for a situation where no real advantage was gained. There is a reason for the rule but I think breaking it was just an honest mistake.
