That's Kings Cross station, one of the better free toilets we still have. No signal in there though, so you cant just setup shop and have a phone dump. Plus someone, usually one of the cleaners, routinely walks by tapping on all doors to get you out and its a super annoying.

Still though, for central london, 8/10 toilet easily

Oh my god as someone with bowel problems due to disability the people walking to tap the doors in public toilets are like demons to me.

I’m like stressfully finishing up the most godawful diarrhea wiping and this person is hurrying me up lmao.
