But if you really want to lose some brain-cells here's the tldr:
He's a "looks maxxer" called Clavicular. They do everything to look like a "chad", using everything from "mewing", steroids and "bone smashing" (literally hitting yourself in the face repeatedly to, supposedly, get bigger cheek bones), so basically phrenology. He even doing meth now lose weight. As you can imagine they have a lot of overlap with incel and "pick up" community. He's trying to break into the podcast/sex-pest "man-o-sphere" now I think. So you can imagine the toxic, shallow, insecure, narcissistic, misogynist and predatory behavior that entails.

That description is also far from exhaustive of the different ways he is terrible. He has on stream encountered woman who was maybe mildly interested in him and explained to her that she was inferior in appearance to himself by describing his assessment of parts of her skull. I think he said that her maxilla was neotenous or something, and this was paired with using made-up looksmaxxing "vocabulary" that she has no reason to know, like basically saying "I mog you" to a normal adult.
Oh, and he went to the club with Fuentes and a bunch of other fascists like Tate and sang along to Kanye's Heil Hitler song, again on stream, after one of them somehow successfully requested the club play it.

Clav's pursuits are very unhealthy and reactionary and he probably even believes in something like phrenology, but [the very foolish and and inadvisable practice of] bonesmashing is purely aesthetic, so it's not really phrenological.
