I'll comment: it's a carrot-maggot, you dirty minded people!
On a side thought, and Latin nomenclature's not a strength of mine but, Herpetogaster - herp as in herpetology/amphibians & gaster referring to stomach, so they named it toad-belly!
Looks like the juvenile form of the Cuttlefish of Cthulhu.
