If you're not willing to do the bare minimum to enact meaningful change, ie organizing, then your vote isn't worth anything to begin with. Ranked Choice voting will not fall on your lap, nor will it meaningfully change anything even if it did without organizing.
Its worth just as much as yours and every other American citizens.
Its worth as much as a european citizen's who tries to vote in burgerland elections as well, as in, zero.
