Because of all the people who don't know about that yet? Everyone knows and has an opinion already. Who actually listens to Congress people speak?
Raising awareness is what leftists call retweeting, so they can pretend they actually do something. I hate that phrase.
Well, no. Raising awareness has changed sentiment and now they are pulling back. They are scaring voters and their propaganda is failing.
